Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under this amount are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Once a package is in a carrier's custody, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control are subject to the carrier's own policies.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at info@bayzixplus.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original piece, then place a new order once the return is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
